Consumer Care Position

This position is within our Breakthrough in Home Service LLC department and is specifically for individuals who are providing care for family members or friends. The role involves working directly with consumers to deliver the highest level of care. The total number of hours for this position will vary based on the consumer's needs and can be either full-time or part-time, depending on those needs.

Please note, this position is intended for caregivers assisting family members or friends. If you are applying for a different type of role, please ensure you select the correct form.

Requirements: 

• Age 18 and over

• Must have a valid Driver’s License, State ID or Passport

• Must have Social Security Card or Birth Certificate

• Must be registered on the Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR)

In-Home Care Position

This position will be in our In-Home Service department of Breakthrough in Home Service IHS. We are looking for skilled professionals to provide services in the comfort of the client’s home (HHA, CNA, LPN & RN). 

Responsibility:

⦁ Patient assessments

⦁ Health monitoring

⦁ Training of family members to perform some procedures

⦁ Homemaker chores

⦁ Advance personal care

⦁ Respite


Education/License:

CNA, CPR Certified

LPN Missouri License

RN Missouri License



Requirements:

⦁ Age 18 and over

⦁ Current, unencumbered state certification to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (Required for CNA’s Only)

⦁ Must have a valid Driver’s License, State ID or Passport

⦁ Must have Social Security Card or Birth Certificate

⦁ Must be registered on the Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR)


Experience:

Minimum of 6 months experience required.
