This position will work with Consumers to provide the upmost care. The total number of hours for this position varies based on consumer needs. This position can be either full time or part time again based on consumer needs.

Requirements: 

• Age 18 and over

• Must have a valid Driver’s License, State ID or Passport

• Must have Social Security Card or Birth Certificate

• Must be registered on the Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR) - $15.25 fee (Cash or Money Order Only)
