The Entry-Level Marketing Technician is responsible for providing detailed information to the public about our company to help our business grow. We want to be a blessing to those around us in the needed our assistance. 

 

The Entry-Level Marketing Technician must be adept at producing high-quality documents (Word, Excel) and presentations (PowerPoint) under tight deadlines, therefore knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential. Multitasking and prioritizing workflow are essential to success in this role. The Entry-Level Marketing Technician should be able to communicate in an articulate manner (written and verbally). Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

     · Attending Networking Events across St. Louis Area;

     · Maintaining contacts and calendars in Outlook;

     · Being extrovert in talking with strangers;

     · Planning/Setting-up and scheduling meetings and appointments with clients;

     · Organizing and maintain paper and electronic files;

     · Maintaining general office tidiness whenever working in office setting;

     · Performs a variety of Internet research functions and data entry;

     · Training and supervising other support staff with technical issues whether it be computer, printer, mail set-up, etc. if need to be;

     · Assist in monitoring activity and posting content for our organization’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

     · Troubleshooting minor technical problems, calling for repairs, and monitoring equipment operations;

     · Maintaining Supplies and equipment’s;

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, and highly organized.

Must be a team player and have outstanding writing, editing, data entry, and proofreading skills. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects are essential. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. College degree preferred. Two years of experience providing customer service. Must dress professional at all times. Men must either wear polo shirt, button down shirt with tie and dress shoes. Women must either wear dress below the knees or business suit. Remember you are a representation of Breakthrough and want to remain professional.

Preferred:

     · At least one year experience in Marketing or Information Systems;

     · Associates Degree in Information Systems or Marketing;
